We guide borrowers through their loan documents professionally and make sure every page is signed, initialed, dated, and notarized correctly before we leave.

Apostille Assistance
Preparing documents for use abroad
Apostilles for California documents are issued by the California Secretary of State, not by notaries. We take care of the legwork: we notarize your document when required, prepare the request, submit it to the Secretary of State, and return the apostilled document to you.

Facility Visits
Hospitals, care facilities & jails
When a signer can't travel, we come to them with patience and compassion. Facility visits usually take longer because of check-in and security procedures, so they're priced as a flat visit fee that covers travel up to 20 miles plus waiting time (30 minutes at hospitals, 45 minutes at jails).
- The signer must be alert, aware of what they're signing, and signing willingly
- The signer must have acceptable identification or qualified credible witnesses
- Jail visits must follow the facility's visitation and document rules
Pricing
Visit fee replaces the travel fee; the notary fee is charged per signature.
