Senior Living & Nursing Homes
Senior living notary, at a respectful pace
We meet seniors where they live, take the time each signer needs, and make sure every signature is the signer's own informed choice.
What we handle
Common documents
- Powers of attorney and advance health care directives
- Trust and estate planning documents prepared by an attorney
- Real estate deeds and refinance documents
- Affidavits, declarations, and financial forms
How it works
Tell us about the visit
The community or home address, the document, and who is signing.
We plan around their day
We'll suggest a time when the signer is usually rested and alert.
We take our time
No rushing. We confirm identity, understanding, and willingness, then notarize.

Before you book
Have these ready
- Each signer has a current, government-issued photo ID. If it's expired or lost, call us first.
- The signer can understand the document and tell us, in their own words, that they want to sign.
- The document is complete and unsigned. Family can be present, but can't answer for the signer.
- Let staff know we're coming so we can meet in a quiet, private space.
Good to know. We'll politely decline if a signer seems confused, rushed, or pressured by anyone. That protects the signer and the document. We can't judge legal capacity or explain what a document means; questions about that go to the attorney who prepared it.
Questions
Is a nursing home visit priced like a hospital visit?
Yes. Assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing visits are care facility visits at $150, plus the notary fee per signature.
Can you notarize for someone with memory loss?
Only if, at the time of signing, they understand what they're signing and are doing so willingly. If we can't confirm that, we won't notarize.
Can several residents sign during one visit?
Yes. One visit fee covers the trip; each notarized signature has its own notary fee.
