Same-day rush, after-hours, weekend, and holiday fees are separate service fees that stack with travel. The notary fee never changes.

Before you book
Have these ready
- Each signer has a current, government-issued photo ID and is ready to sign.
- The document is complete, with no blank spaces, and unsigned.
- You know which certificate you need, or you've asked the agency receiving the document.
- Share the exact address and any parking or building access details.
Good to know. Urgent appointments depend on our schedule: Wednesday to Friday, 9 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday to Tuesday, 3 PM to 6 PM. We can't promise availability outside those hours. Rushing never changes the rules: every signer must appear with valid ID and sign willingly.

No. We take same-day appointments within our scheduled hours. Call or text and we'll tell you honestly if we can make it.
How fast can you arrive?
It depends on distance and our schedule. We'll give you an arrival window when you call.
Is the notary fee higher for emergencies?
No. The notary fee is set by California law. Rush and after-hours fees are separate service fees, quoted up front.
