Pricing
Signing company and title orders are invoiced under the company's terms; nothing is charged online. Borrowers who hire us directly pay the signing fee at booking.

Before you book
Have these ready
- Every borrower on the loan has a current, government-issued photo ID.
- Borrowers have a clear table and set aside about an hour.
- Questions about rates, terms, or fees go to the lender or escrow officer before the signing.
- Signing companies: include return instructions and any lender-specific requirements with the order.

Yes. We're a commissioned California notary with a surety bond, errors and omissions insurance, and loan signing agent background screening.
How do signing companies send orders?
Email or call us with the order details. We confirm quickly and keep you updated through return.
Do you print eDocs?
Yes, on a dual-tray laser printer for letter and legal pages, for $25 per package.
